US Awards Program
Whether your dream is to start a business, make the varsity basketball team or teach kindergarten -- your journey can be an inspiration to others!
Each year, the Great Comebacks® Advisory Committee recognizes inspirational individuals of all ages who, by sharing their personal stories, give hope and encouragement so that others can reclaim their lives and pursue their dreams. Anyone who has overcome the challenges of living with serious intestinal diseases and ostomy surgery can share their story. Friends, family members and healthcare professionals can also nominate someone for an award.
We hope that you will share your story with us!
In order to be considered for the 2012 Awards, applications must be received by August 1st. Applications received after this date will be considered for the 2013 Awards.
