Team Up! Join the CCFA Team Challenge National Training Program
03/19/2012 flag

The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation (CCFA) has kicked off a national training program for the annual Team Challenge half marathon fundraising events. Act now to be part of the team – it’s a great way to reach your fitness goals while helping to raise money for CCFA.

The 2012 events in Napa (July 15) and Virginia (June 2) will once again be sponsored by the Great Comebacks® Program. Last year, more than 3,000 participants raised nearly $8 million for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis research, education and support services. Regional award recipients Jenn Stahl and Karen Lewis were among the Team Challenge participants last year. We hope to see more Great Comebacks® faces at the starting line this summer!

CCFA provides all the information and support you need to make a difference. Visit www.cctreamchallenge.org for more information.

I really eyjnoed reading your comments, Doug, and Heidi is very fortunate to have a partner, like yourself. The whole process is not an easy one, and sometimes you do feel that you are by yourself, dealing with the everyday ritual of the ileostomy . I also have a lovely husband who has been throught all my ups and downs. I do appreciate all the times that he has been with me. You are both on this journey. Thank you
